Jenny Griesel Communications was briefed to research and compile a trends and observations report, specific to the retail sector, that would enable the South African Chamber of Shopping Centres to provide specialized information to its members to help navigate the way forward in these unprecedented times.

The report was thoroughly researched and collated with the latest information from both key international and local retailers, providing a useful resource from which to draw valuable insights. After the initial report was published in April, a second edition was produced in May, as new trends and observations had emerged.
